NWS: “Leesville Daily Leader newspaper reported two large chicken houses were destroyed at the Merriman Farm on Wolf Hill Road at B Hall Loop northeast of Hornbeck, with the loss of 22,000 chickens. An NWS Storm Survey determined damage was likely from a microburst that spread from southeast to northwest across the farm.”
